Faithful Friday

I hope your week has been nice and breezy...in the 'easy breezy' sort of way-I'm not wishing you any sort of wind ;)...and that you were able to work on a few projects along the way! And I totally think a nap here or there is a project worth adding to your 'to do' list, if only so that you can check it off or cross it out...or am I the only one who LOVES to cross things off of a 'to do' list???? (Please tell me I'm not the only one!)

Anyway, hope you had a positive and productive week! I have been working on my daughter's Halloween Costume; if you've stopped by the blog earlier this week, you probably know she is going to be a mermaid. She is totally stoked (did I just age myself?) for Trick-or-Treating this year...and it will be her first real time gathering candy from door to door. It will probably be the first time I go Trick-or Treating without wearing a snow coat (Halloween in Utah is quite cold most years). So we are all very excited for October 31st.

Last weekend, Widget and I enjoyed watching General Conference (click link to watch/read each talk) on my laptop. I took notes on almost every speaker, but a few specific quotes stood out to me. Apparently, those quotes also stood out to many others, because fancy printables started popping up everywhere on Pinterest and blogland. Even if you aren’t a Mormon you might enjoy them, or at least some of them, as well.

Here are a few of my favorites (you can see more on my LDS/FHE Pinterest Board) but remember that these are for personal use only. Please visit the links below each picture for the original source, and download from there for best quality (and support of the designer!!!!)

Well peeps-I hope you have a fantastic weekend! And may we ever be mindful to others around us that may be struggling with a silent or unseen trial (or even well known trial)...everyone deserves to feel loved and cherished because we are all sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father.

Thanks for reading!
